Quality & Certifications

Every Certificate Earned. Every Cabinet Tested.

Quality at Guide Visual is not a marketing claim — it is a documented, verifiable standard backed by international certifications and enforced by a mandatory 72-hour aging test on every production batch before shipment.

International Certifications

CE Certification — European Market Compliance Our products carry full CE certification covering both:

  • EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) — Ensures our displays do not cause or suffer from electromagnetic interference, meeting the requirements of the EU EMC Directive. Critical for professional venues, broadcast environments, and events with sensitive audio/video equipment nearby.
  • LVD (Low Voltage Directive) — Confirms that all electrical components operate safely within EU low-voltage safety standards, protecting both operators and audiences.

RoHS Compliance — Restriction of Hazardous Substances All Guide Visual products are manufactured in compliance with RoHS directives, confirming that no restricted hazardous substances — including lead, mercury, cadmium, and hexavalent chromium — are used in our components or manufacturing process. Required for legal sale in the EU and increasingly demanded by responsible buyers worldwide.

FCC Certification — North American Market Compliance Our products meet FCC requirements for electromagnetic emissions, confirming they are cleared for use in the United States and Canada without causing radio frequency interference to other equipment.

72-Hour Pre-Shipment Aging Test — Our Internal Standard

Holding international certifications tells you our products are designed to a standard. Our 72-hour aging test tells you the specific unit you ordered has been verified to meet that standard.

What happens during aging:

  • Every cabinet is powered on at full brightness and full color load
  • Continuous operation runs for a minimum of 72 hours without interruption
  • Display uniformity, color consistency, and signal stability are monitored throughout
  • Power supply performance and thermal behavior are observed under sustained load
  • Any cabinet showing anomalies — pixel failure, power fluctuation, signal drop — is immediately removed, diagnosed, repaired, and returned to the beginning of the aging cycle

Why 72 hours — not 24: Component failures in LED displays follow a predictable pattern: the vast majority occur within the first 72 hours of operation. Running every cabinet through this full window means the units that reach your venue have already passed through the highest-risk period. What leaves our factory is stable. What arrives at your venue is ready.
