Meta Description: From order confirmation to final delivery – see how Guide Visual‘s quality control, aging test, flight case packaging, and logistics coordination ensure your LED rental display arrives safely and on schedule.
Ordering a rental LED display is only half the story. The other half is getting it to your door safely and on time. For international buyers, shipping a high-value, fragile product like an LED screen across borders can feel like a gamble. Will it arrive damaged? Will it be delayed? Will customs hold it up?
Guide Visual has shipped LED rental displays to over 50 countries. In this article, we walk you through our complete order-to-delivery process – so you know exactly what happens after you place your order.
Caption: Every order is carefully packed and inspected before leaving our factory.
Once you confirm your order and deposit, we immediately:
l Review your specifications (pixel pitch, cabinet size, indoor/outdoor, accessories)
l Confirm delivery timeline (standard: 15–20 days after deposit)
l Schedule production based on your priority
Our 15 years of experience in rental LED manufacturing means we know exactly how to plan production for both small test orders and large fleet shipments.
During production, every component is tracked and inspected:
l Raw material inspection – LED chips (Nationstar/Kinglight), driver ICs (Chipone/Macroblock), PCBs, power supplies
l Module assembly – SMD mounting, soldering, and module testing
l Cabinet assembly – die-cast aluminum frames, hard-wired connections, quick-lock systems
l In-process checks – random sampling at each stage to catch issues early
Every Guide Visual display uses hard connection (no ribbon cables) – fewer failure points, less maintenance, and more reliable shipping.
Before any screen leaves our factory, it undergoes a 72-hour aging test at elevated temperature (40–50°C). During this time, cabinets run full-color patterns:
l Red, green, blue, white, and grayscale cycles
l Full brightness and current load
l Continuous monitoring for dead pixels, flickering, or overheating
Caption: 72-hour burnin test – catching early failures before shipment.
Only screens that pass the full aging cycle are approved for packing.
After aging, each screen undergoes a comprehensive final inspection:
l Zero dead pixel check – every module scanned
l Color uniformity calibration – ensuring consistent brightness and white balance
l Brightness and refresh rate verification – confirming 7680Hz and 16-bit grayscale
l Mechanical check – quick-lock function, cabinet flatness, corner protection
We also verify all accessories – power supplies, cables, receiving cards, spare parts, and documentation.
LED displays are fragile and high-value. We use two packaging options:
Flight cases (standard for rental series):
Customfit foam inserts to prevent cabinet movement
500×500 cabinets: 1-up-8 per case
500×1000 cabinets: 1-up-5 per case
Stackable design for container loading
Wooden cases (for fixed installation or custom orders):
Reinforced corners and shockabsorbing materials
Moisture-proof film and desiccant bags
Clear shipping marks and handling labels

We handle the entire shipping process for most destinations:
Export customs clearance – all required documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE/RoHS certificates)
Shipping options – sea freight (LCL/FCL), air freight, or express
Real-time tracking – we provide shipment updates so you know where your order is
Coordination with freight forwarders – we manage the shipping schedule and ensure smooth handover to carriers
Destination delivery – we arrange local transport to bring your order directly to your site
Our logistics team works closely with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you without unnecessary delays.
Once your order arrives:
Our team follows up to confirm receipt and check condition
2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects
Spare parts (modules, power supplies, receiving cards) available for quick replacement
We also provide installation guidance – so your crew can set up the screen without delays.
