Before Mass Production: Samples + Full Material Check
Trust didn’t start at the order—it started before production.To ease the client’s concerns, we first built a full-size led display sample, using the exact configuration they planned to order.Then, they personally visited our factory to:
Inspect the sample cabinet, from frame coating to LED uniformity
Test magnetic module removal, signal port locking, and cabinet flatness
Verify all incoming materials, including power supplies, LED batches, cables, and even aviation case foam , Every detail was on the table—literally.The client even brought their own tools to measure parts. We welcomed it fully.

Final Inspection: Real Trust is Built Face-to-Face
Once mass production began, the client came back again—this time to inspect the first batch of finished cabinets. In our testing area, we ran:
Brightness + uniformity test
Signal backup demo via 4 RJ45 ports
Power load-sharing simulation (we unplugged a PSU on purpose)
Complete cabinet assembly & disassembly flow
Full aging test system check (72 hours, powered-on)
After two full days, the client told us:
